We offer a true northwoods outdoor experience with many campgrounds for you to choose from, but our facebook fans have suggested these as their favorite campgrounds to stay. Boulder Lake Campgrounds
Boulder Lake Campgrounds is located on Forest Road 2116 in the Chequamegon Nicolet Nat'l Forest. The campground is composed of six loops and a connecting spur. This is a large, popular campground stretching along the south shore of Boulder Lake in a stand of young hardwoods. One area is dedicated to small and large groups (contact Lakewood Ranger District Office for more information about the group camping). Most of the sites on the spur overlook the lake while sites on the loops are tucked in among hemlock, oak and a robust "Northwood" forest environment.

Veteran's Memorial Park-Jack Lake Campground
Veteran's Memorial Park best known as Jack Lake, is located along beautiful Jack Lake 15 miles north of Antigo, Wisconsin. Jack Lake is a pristine, crystal clear, spring-fed lake surrounded by hundreds of acres of the county-owned forest, rich with recreational opportunities and wildlife. The park and campground are situated on the lake’s west and south shore, nestled among mature maple, birch, oak and pine trees, providing a relaxing and peaceful setting.

Get ready to enjoy the Northwoods and smell the cracking fire! The campground is open from May 1 through December 1 and consists of 48 individual campsites with electrical hook-ups. You may wish to call ahead to check availability since there are no reservations and sites are booked on a first come-first serve basis. Pets are allowed in the campground on a leash. Check out time is 1 pm. Amenities include newly constructed flush toilets and a shower facility, firewood sales, ice sales, boat rentals, picnic tables, fire rings, playground equipment, volleyball and basketball courts, disk golf, horseshoe pits and a RV dumping station.

They recently built four cabins to rent at $50 per night Sun-Thursday and $50 for Friday/Saturday with a two night minimum. The cabin sleeps 5/6 will a full size bed and bunks with mattresses. It includes a fire pit and grill but no electric or running water. Bring your own bedding and toiletries. It is solar lighted. Pay showers & flush toilets are available on the grounds. Swimming beach, row boat rental, disk golf, playground, bait & firewood available. Leashed pets only. Jack Lake is a non-motorized lake.

Shady Brook Campground is located in the Post Lake area. Reservations needed. Electric, water & dump station. Picnic tables, fire rings, flush toilets, coin operated showers & laundry, ice & wood. Horseshoe pit & rec hall. Quiet hours: 11pm-8am. Open April-October.

Gardner Dam Scout Camp
Gardner Dam Scout Camp
Gardner Dam Scout Camp consists of 400 acres of pristine nature along the banks of the Wild Wolf River in Langlade County. This camp features white water kayaking, a climbing tower, canoeing, 75 miles of mountain biking trails, and a special variable menu for patrol cooking to challenge all participants. Cross-country skiing is a very popular winter weekend activity.

Short term camping is off-season camping made available for Scouts and their families and for out of Council and non-Scouting groups.

Unit, family and out-of-council reservations begin on June 1st of each year for the Fall of the current year and for the Winter and Spring of the following year. Go to their website to reserve your campsite today.
