The Antigo Bow Club supports and engages in the sport of archery, with an active membership that participates in a 10-week league each winter. In addition to membership leagues, they also sponsor a free five-week youth archery education class for kids from 2nd-6th grades. They also hold a seminar/raffle in the spring. The Antigo Penguins Swim Club provides swimming fitness and stroke technique to swimmers ages 5-18. Our winter club practices begin in October and run through March. There is also a summer swim program that runs from May through August. The club supports the boys and girls varsity swimming programs at the high school and some of the high school swimmers participate in club activities throughout the year. AVAIL stands for Advocates for Victims of Domestic and Sexual Abuse in Langlade County, Wisconsin. We began providing services to abuse survivors in 1980. Being a member of the Boys & Girls Club gives youth access to world-class programming, use of our gym, computer lab, a dedicated teen space, and games equipment when we are open. Every day we offer a variety of programs that are both fun but also valuable for youth development. Cherished Baby Center offers baby and toddler supplies to families in need free of charge with minimal paperwork. They have gently used clothing sized preemie to 4T, diapers up to size 6, baby bath supplies, bottles, and large items such as highchairs, walkers, bouncers, and pack-n-plays. They are open every Wednesday 1-4 pm in the lower level of First Baptist Church. Jack Lake Silent Sport Association oversee the Jack Lake Mountain Bike Trails and hold multiple mountain biking events throughout the year.  Jack Lake Silent Sports Association is a 501c3 non-profit organization established in 2019 to better build and maintain the Jack Lake Mountain Bike Trails at Jack Lake Veteran's Memorial Park.  The trails were built in 2017 and we hope to bring more to the trails than ever before!  In addition, Jack Lake Silent Sport Association is also in a partnership with the City of Antigo to provide support to build and maintain the trails at the City Dump Trails, just south of Antigo.  They are just outside the city limits and have beautiful scenery and landscape to ride.  Check out their Facebook page.  Email Jacklakessa@gmail.com for more information.

LAMBA is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2009 that organizes cycling activities and manages a network of mountain bike trails in the Langlade area.  LAMBA in conjunction with the Wolfman Triathlon, work together on the maintenance of the  Nicolet Roche and Wolf River trails, development of future trail projects as well as events in Eastern Langlade/Western Oconto Counties and Town of Wolf River.  Our goal is to create premium trail systems that will encourage people of all ages to become physically active in the outdoors through the sport of mountain biking.

Langlade County Crime Stoppers is a local law enforcement program that crowdsources tips and information from the community to help solve and reduce crime in Langlade County. Individuals can call the hotline at 715-627-6245 or download the P3 Tips app to provide anonymous tips to local law enforcement. If your tips lead to an arrest, you may be eligible for a reward up to $1000. Langlade County Crime Stoppers has meetings on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 5:30 pm at the Langlade County Safety Building.

The mission of the Langlade County Historical Society (LCHS) is to preserve, advance, and disseminate knowledge in the history of Langlade County. This is done by the maintenance of a museum, local historical artifacts and archives, and historic sites on the museum campus. In addition, the LCHS prepares programs and publications dealing with local history. The LCHS is affiliated with the Wisconsin Historical Society.

The museum is managed by a curator and governed by a nine member board.

The museum is open from Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The new Welcome Center in the museum, with general information about sites and activities in Antigo and Langlade County,

The Langlade County Ice Age Trail Chapter is one of 19 local organizations with volunteer members who maintain and promote the Ice Age National Scenic Trail through 29 Wisconsin counties. Each chapter is affiliated with the Ice Age Trail Alliance at Cross Plains, Wisconsin. The state organization’s mission is “to create, support, and protect a thousand-mile footpath tracing Ice Age formations across Wisconsin.”

The Langlade County Ice Age Trail Chapter has been actively involved in the trail effort since 1973. Activities include chapter hikes, community outreach, and trail maintenance. Due to the pandemic, chapter hikes and participation in community events have been canceled until further notice. All segments in the county are currently open but hikers are encouraged to use social spacing and facemasks if and when encountering others on the trail.

Segment stewards are responsible for specific sections of the 50 plus miles of trail in Langlade County. About 2/3 of the trail passes over public lands owned and administered by the county and state.

Sno-Devils Snowmobile Club Inc. was formed back in 1970 with only a few charter members as a non-profit Corporation. We are a "working" club as we groom over 100 miles of snowmobile trails in northern langlade county. We currently have 2 Tucker Sno-Cats with Trail Boss drags and a recently purchased Caterpillar Skid Steer with a hydraulically operated sickle mower for brushing. Our membership is now approximately 300 with many being out of town members. We donate to many charities, including taking donations at our activities for the local food pantry, sponsoring a local scholarship, helping the fire department/EMT's with their fundraisers, sponsoring the local Snowmobile Safety Class, donating to the local youth trap club, and many more. The WeekEnd Backpack (WEB) Program offers ready-to-eat and easy-to-prepare items for children and families. Applications are available through the school secretaries and guidance counselors. Backpacks are filled with two meals each weekend. The food is chosen so that the children are able to prepare it themselves. One weekend a month the backpack will include a family meal. About 400 volunteers help this program work, from packing, transporting, and hanging up backpacks to fundraising and coordinating work. Native plants, natural landscape is the moto of Wild Ones Northwoods Gateway Chapter.  Join a community of native plant enthusiasts – novices to experts – making a difference by establishing and preserving communities of native plants in home landscapes, schools, businesses, and communities. Help spread awareness and share knowledge about preserving, restoring, and establishing native plant communities to promote biodiversity through your own landscaping.  Native plants are needed for pollinators to keep the human food chain going.  Without native plants, we would have no pollinators which means no food.
