Skiing
Downhill Skiing 
Langlade County has one downhill skiing hill. Kettlebowl Ski Hill, Langlade County's hidden gem, relies on naturally made snow and volunteers to run the hill. The hill is excellent for beginner and intermediate skiers and snowboarders. It is fun for the whole family!

The hill has five rope tows, all runs are intermediate with a bunny/beginner hill. Snowboards are very popular and welcome. Kettlebowl has terrain park features in place on the hill. New to the terrain park are an 8x8 ft wall and an 8x16 ft butter box. There are no sledding or tubing facilities. A very modern chalet with food is available. Snowmobilers are welcome, use caution when entering the parking lot & do not travel in front of the chalet, park to your left as you enter the parking lot.
Rental equipment (skis, boots, and snowboards) is available to rent from Antigo Ski when open.
The normal hours at the hill are noon to 4 pm Saturdays & Sundays when considered open. The hill may at times be open during teacher conventions or holidays. Kettlebowl Ski Hill is located approximately 15 miles NE of Antigo on Highway 52 or 4 miles SW of the Highway 52/55 intersection at Lily.
General Information: The hill is solely run by volunteers which keeps the cost of having outdoor fun affordable. The hill is open on weekends only, weather permitting. They rely on Mother Nature only.....

Trail MapMaintained by Silver Birch Ranch that is open to the public. Nine clearly marked trail loops encompass 6.7 miles of beautiful wooded scenery in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. The trail ranges from beginner to expert levels and is groomed for traditional skiing only.
The trailhead begins ½ mile East of Silver Birch Ranch. The parking area is at the trailhead on the right (south) side of Sawyer Lake Road.
