Raptor Education Group Incorporated (REGI) offers education programs for all age groups. They provide an interactive, hands-on, ecosystem based education program.

Raptor Education Group (REGI) is now offering tours to the public. Public tours take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from June through August at 10 a.m. and noon. Tour cost is $8 per person, and children under 5 are free. The tours are outdoors and are subject to weather so go prepared! Pre-registration is required. Call 715-623-2563 to reserve your spot as space is limited.

Take a guided tour of Mepps, and watch us hand-make the world's #1 lure. Learn about our squirrel tail recycling and fishing lure manufacturing processes in the half-hour tour. See all of the 4000-plus lures Mepps manufacturers. We also have an impressive trophy room you won't want to miss! Visit us the next time you're in the area. Sheldon's, Inc., the world headquarters for Mepps, the world's #1 lure, is located just off Highway 45 North in Antigo, WI. The tour does accommodate handicapped individuals, but we do not have wheelchairs available.

Self-guided Walking Tour of Historical Buildings

Langlade County Historical Society offers a leisurely stroll through downtown Antigo to see 15 historical buildings. Click here to download the brochure or pick up a printed copy at the Antigo · Langlade County Welcome Center located inside the Langlade County Historical Society Museum. There is a 24-hour vestibule on the north entrance of the building.

440 Locomotive

The 440 Locomotive with tender is located outside of the Langlade County Historical Society Museum. The 440 Locomotive is a 2-8-0 Baldwin constructed in 1900, the last steam engine to travel through Antigo in 1957. Tours are given upon request when the Langlade County Historical Society Museum is open. Tours are available from May to October on Tuesdays thru Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
