Ice Skating

Outdoor Skating Rinks

The City of Antigo offers rinks for both figure skating and hockey. Both rinks are located in Peaceful Valley Park. A warming house with restrooms is available from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm when rinks are open.

Peaceful Valley Heinzen Pavilion Rink: Located at 420 Field Street
This covered indoor/outdoor rink is for figure skaters and non-hockey skaters. If the overhead doors are closed, enter through the east and west access doors. The rink has manual lights for evening skating. The Warming House with restrooms is accessible and open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. An ice trail connects the Heinzen Pavilion Rink to the Outdoor Hockey Rink.

Outdoor Hockey Rink: Located at Peaceful Valley Park (420 Field Street)
This rink has full boards, nets, solar-powered lights, and access to the Warming House with restrooms open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Please no checking or lifting of pucks on the hockey rink.

Please Note: The City of Antigo does not staff on the weekend. Any snow occurring in the evening hours or on the weekend will be removed the next business day after sidewalks have been cleared.

The Heinzen Pavilion provides a covered indoor/outdoor rink for figure skaters and non-hockey skaters. If the rink is considered open and the overhead doors are closed, enter through the east and west access doors. The rink has manual lights for evening skating. The Warming House with restrooms is accessible and open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

An ice trail connects the Heinzen Pavilion Rink to the warming house, and the Outdoor Hockey Rink will be developed when weather permits.
