The Bear Paw course featured Hiekenen’s Hell, the highest hill on the course; the Boy Scout Switchbacks, nice downhill switchbacks with banked turns; Dewberry which challenged racers with two short steep climbs and then some weaving between boulders; the Flat Tire Rock Trail, the name says it all and finally the Balance Rock Trail, a curvy rock garden where you’ll want to keep your eyes open for the huge balance rock.
