Five one-of-a-kind homes, ranging from a restored country home to a stately rural manor, will mark the 2015 Parade of Homes conducted by Aspirus Langlade Hospital Auxiliary.
The Parade will take place on Saturday, Sept. 19 from noon to 4 p.m.
This year’s homes are all located just south of Antigo. They include:
—Bill and Judy Cousineau, N2316 Sunnyside Rd., a stately home originally constructed in 1973 and subject to regular updates.
—Bart and Tiffany Kneeland, W10575 Elmwood Lane, Aniwa, a large log home with four bedrooms, three baths and many added amenities.
—David and Sheila Manney, located in Mattoon at W15265 Park Ave., constructed in 1923 that underwent a complete makeover in 2013 following a fire.
—Jim and Carol Schairer, N4570 Birnamwood Rd., which offers a spectacular view of the backyard and private pond.
—and Andy and Jinny Waldvogel, N1978 Old 26 Rd., constructed in 1993 with a complete renovation in 2011.
Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 the day of the parade, with proceeds earmarked for the purchase of a bladder scanner for the hospital inpatient unit.
Advance tickets are available at the hospital’s volunteer desk, Backes Food Mart, Lakeside Market, Neve’s Floors to Go & Furniture and Mattress Gallery, and Schroeder’s. They will also be available at the individual homes the day of the parade.
