MK Splash-N-Dash

The 2022 MK Splash-n-Dash will be held at Veterans Memorial Park at Jack Lake on August 6, 2022. Kids race starts at 8:00 AM. The Splash-n-Dash will start at 8:30 AM.

Known as one of the most scenic places in Langlade County, Jack Lake will again be host to a day of racing, eating, drinking, and music to support the Antigo Swim Club! Jack Lake is known for its crystal-clear water and the surrounding area for its miles of challenging trails that wind through pristine forest. The weekend’s events include swim/run duathlon, a kids race, and a 5K run. Competitors can compete either solo or in teams.

Lodging is available at hotels in Antigo or for the more adventurous, at the Jack Lake Campground, where there are modern cabins for rent, back-country campsites, and well-kept drive-up sites that will appeal to every outdoor enthusiast.

Splash-n-Dash:
• 500m swim
• 5k run (3.1 miles)
Swim participants must be age 12 or over

Kids Splash-n-Dash:
• 75m swim
• ½ mile run

MK 5K Dash
• 5k run (3.1 miles)

Awards immediately following the race.
