The Country Possum Chase in White Lake is back in 2023. The race will be on July 1, 2023 in conjunction with the White Lake 4th of July Celebration.
The Country Possum Chase is a hometown 5K and 10K race with a 1-mile Fun Run beforehand. This event takes place every year on the Saturday over the 4th of July weekend in White Lake, Wisconsin.
The 1-mile Fun Run starts at 7:30 am, while the 5K and 10K race starts at 8:15 am. All races begin in White Lake at the Joe Edelman Pavilion located on Bissell Street by White Lake Beach.
Register by July 1st by clicking here. The 1-Mile Fun Run is $5 and the 5K and 10 K runs are $15. Race Day registrations add $5. Event t-shirts cannot be guaranteed for registrations after June 15, 2023. RACE DAY REGISTRATION FOR BOTH RACES WILL TAKE PLACE FROM 6-7:15 AM. YOU MUST BE IN LINE BY 7:15 AM TO REGISTER FOR ANY OF THE RACES ON THAT DAY.
Awards (including our famous country fruit pies) will be given to the fastest runners in all 3 races!
Start with the Possum Chase and stay in White Lake for the rest of the day. We will also host a parade, music, vendors, beach fun and fireworks!
