3rd Annual PLIA Celebrate Fall Chili Cook-Off and Horse-Drawn Wagon Rides

Time: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Gather to reconnect, meet new friends and neighbors, and enjoy a classic Northwoods fall celebration at the Post Lake Improvement Association's 3rd Annual Celebrate Fall Chili Cook-Off, featuring horse-drawn wagon rides! The event takes place on Saturday, October 10 from 12pm-4pm, and features, of course, a chili cook-off and horse-drawn wagon hay rides, along with a scarecrow-building contest, free hot apple cider, and more!

CHILI COOK-OFF:
• 11 AM - 12 PM – Bring your homemade Chili in a slow cooker & be assigned a number for voting
• 1 - 2:30 PM – Tasting & Voting
• 4 PM – Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place

HORSE-DRAWN WAGON HAY RIDES by Brandt's Sleigh & Wagon Rides:
• 1 - 3 PM
• $2/person (Kids under 2 FREE)
• Rides are approximately 30 minutes
• Wagon seats 20 people

SCARECROW-BUILDING CONTEST:
• Twine & Straw provided
• Bring clothing & decorations of your choice
• 1 - 3 PM – Build Your Scarecrows
• 4 PM – Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place
